1) Open the Terminal
2) Second Type Following Command :-
test@test:~$ sudo add-apt-repository ppa:otto-kesselgulasch/gimp
test@test:~$ sudo apt-get update
3) Then type install command
test@test:~$ sudo apt-get install gimp
Open the GIMP Image Editor Software & Edit your Image....
